Co-design and robotics
Angie Higgins
I am a PhD student with the Horizon Centre for Doctoral Training at the University of Nottingham. My research explores the lived experiences of older adults to imagine future robotic technologies that physically engage with the body. As an experienced product designer, I employ creative and embodied participatory design methods to co-create devices that are not only functional and useful but also desirable. I imagine a future where technology integrates effortlessly into our lives and bodies, developing robots that promote health and well-being.
